    is it best to take adrenogen before or after meals?

    • Thanks for your question. Adrenogen should be taken 3 times per day. It probably doesn’t matter when you take it, however, many nutrients are best absorbed when you take them with food. Since Adrenogen has raw adrenal concentrate, it may be best to take with meals.
